What does leadership look like to you? Leadership comes in all shapes and forms, but it is a common belief that being in a leadership position is necessary to influence decision-making. Is that true? Are there other ways to have a meaningful impact? Most importantly, how do you find what leadership style is the best fit for you? If you are considering a career path that involves leading people and advising decision-makers, CIP’s Emerging Leaders Program might be for you!

Join Lauren Miller RPP, MCIP, as she leads a panel discussion with alumni of the Emerging Leaders Program about how to prepare for leadership roles, navigate changing workplace dynamics, and craft an authentic career path that speaks to what drives you and what fills your cup.

Natalie Persaud, RPP, MCIP, will share information about the Emerging Leaders Program and how it can help early-to-mid-career planners acquire and enhance the skills needed to be leaders at every stage of their career journey, regardless of job title. You don’t want to miss this honest conversation that will help bring your career goals into greater focus.

If you are a CIP member and attend the webinar, your CPL units will be automatically applied to your account and be viewable in the Member Area. It does not get easier than that! Just make sure to register with the same email as your CIP/PTIA Member Area login (your primary email) in order to ensure eligible CPL units are automatically added to your account.

Kindly note that as we continue to make improvements to provide better access to our webinars, we will be using the Zoom links. Currently, we are not offering dial-in details by phone. Rest assured that we will send a link to our webinar recordings to everyone who has registered.
